Ethos Leadership Group believes that leadership matters. Ethos provides one-on-one executive coaching and development support through a combination of services that includes the following:

360º Assessment - includes interviews with individual's supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates to gather input about the individual's strengths and weaknesses as a leader and in regard to specific skill sets.

Face-to-Face Assessment - includes a variety of personality, social orientation, and learning indicator tools in addition to a personal interview that allows Ethos to perform an independent analysis of the individual's strengths and weaknesses.

Assessment Report - provides a complete report on the assessments conducted for the individual's supervisor. The report includes a summary of all assessments conducted and identifies leadership, communication, teamwork, and management tendencies of the individual.

Customized Coaching Plan - includes identification of specific topics that will enhance the positive leadership and skills set of each individual based on input from the 360º Assessment and the Face-to-Face Assessment. In addition to identifying target areas, specific desired outcomes for the coaching sessions are identified to support the accomplishment of the goals developed in partnership with our clients. Three to five subject matter experts are designated as coaches and a calendar for coaching is prepared.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions - each subject matter expert provides reading assignments and exercises that will enhance strengths of the individual and neutralize any areas of concern. Assignments are given that will require the individual to "practice" the techniques discussed during the coaching dialogue.

Group Coaching Sessions - if requested, each subject matter expert provides targeted training for the individual and his direct reports/colleagues in order to strengthen organizational skills, provide support for the desired changes identified in the 360º Assessment, and achieve more consistent team success.

Feedback - after each coaching session, Ethos will write a detailed report of the session along with observations, concerns, and recommendations that will be delivered to the client's supervisor within 72 hours of the session.

Mentoring - Ethos coaches are available to coaching clients for the rest of their careers. We are "on call" for our clients whenever they need us.
