It is common for us to encounter leaders who spend too much time focusing on their weaknesses and the weaknesses of others. While it is important to neutralize our weaknesses (meaning that we don't allow our weaknesses to inhibit healthy relationships, healthy business practices, etc.), it is more important to identify our strengths and develop them.
Are you spending too much time focusing on weaknesses? Don't forget Albert Einstein's observation, "Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid."
Find your strengths! Becky
