This spring, Ethos has a college student doing a practicum with us. I get to spend time with Chelsea, assign her work, and review the results. It is a distinct pleasure to do all of those things. As a psychology major at Ohio Valley University, Chelsea has spent the last few years learning from her professors, but she has spent the last three weeks teaching me some pretty cool things. If you haven't been spending any time with someone younger than you, I highly recommend you start soon. There's a lot of great insight in those young minds, and even their questions will give you something to think about.

Here's to a two-way street of mentoring!
